Are you looking for a bright, modern, and welcoming space for your upcoming event? Bilston People’s Centre offers a range of rooms and halls available for hire, perfect for hosting training sessions, conferences, community meetings, classes, and corporate events. We also provide optional catering and conference services to support your event needs.

Our spacious halls include access to a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to handle all your event essentials in one convenient location.

Please note: We do not accommodate parties (including family meals, baby showers, and pre-wedding events) except for children's parties where children are the primary attendees. Additionally, alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Hire fees:

BPC Main Hall: £22 per hour (caters for 80 seated theatre style; 40 with tables, includes kitchen facilities)

BPC Upstairs Hall: £19 per hour (30 seated theatre style)

Excel Hall: £33 per hour 220 seated; 64 with tables (Only available for conferences or meetings)

Rear of Excel Hall: £22 per hour

* Please note, all bookings on the weekends or on public holidays are subject to a £20 weekend surcharge.

Additional services:

Projector: £22/£55 depending on hall

Specialist lighting and sound (Excel Hall): hourly rate (please enquire for details)

Catering:

Please be aware, alcohol cannot be served at any function taking place at Bilston People’s Centre.
