Volunteering

As a not for profit organisation we rely on the support of volunteers to run a number of our projects and activities.  Our volunteers are from a range of backgrounds and from all walks of life, but their commitment to the projects and activities they help run significantly contributes to Bilston People’s Centre becoming a sustainable and valued resource in the local community.

 

Volunteering is a great way of building skills and giving back to the community.  We welcome volunteers to work within various areas throughout our organisation, including:

• Pre-school activities (stay and play, arts and crafts, story-telling)

• Youth work

• Advice & Guidance project

• Drivers

• Catering/hospitality

• IT support and social media

• Fundraising/bid writing
